Asset fulfillment report

Purpose: Analyze fulfillment data by product, project, and customer to understand how well you're meeting project requirements.

The asset fulfillment report provides detailed insights into how effectively you're fulfilling project requirements, showing requested versus assigned asset quantities across all your active projects. The report makes it easy to confirm fulfillment and take action immediately on needed items.

Acquisition, sale, and disposal

Asset snapshot reports provide comprehensive financial and operational insights into your asset portfolio at a point in time. Snapshots offer detailed calculations including book values, depreciation, gain/loss to support financial planning, business analysis, accounting, and compliance decisions.

Asset snapshot reports are organized into three tabs, each focusing on a different asset lifecycle stage:

  • Inventory - Assets available for deployment or sale

  • Fixed assets - Assets currently in service generating value

  • Sold assets - Assets that have been sold with complete financial analysis

Each report includes visual summaries with key statistics, followed by detailed tables with comprehensive asset information. Summary cards automatically update based on any filters applied to the underlying data, giving you real-time insights into specific parts of your asset portfolio.
